Ouch

 

 

 

I had damaged my shoulder a few months back, and just thought that it would get better with time.

After a while it started keeping me awake at night, and I couldn't move it at all without being in alot of pain.  When it also started to ache during the day I decided to FINALLY hop along to the Doctor's.

I was sent for a scan and discovered that I had torn a ligament and I also had some condition where soft calcium leaked into the ligament and inflamed it.
 

Next week I am off to have an ultra-sound guided cortisone injection.

For now - no lifting heavy things, raising my arm above my head or gardening.

So basically all the things I had planned to do are on hold.
 

I have done some glazing and lustre firing, but I can't do any casting or slab work.

So in the meantime I am taking all the photographs for my 2013 catalogue and putting it all together.
